The Field Service Technician at Faith Group, LLC is responsible for providing Service Operations support to internal and external customers, ensuring SITA's competitive strength and business growth globally.   • Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience desktop support.
  • Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
  • Airline experience and/or ATI know-how is good to have.
  • Great customer service
  • Degree or equivalent Diploma/ Certificate in Computer science Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Recognized Industry certification (CISCO/ITIL/ Microsoft/VMware).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the following: Microsoft Windows Operating System 10/ Break Fix experience with workstations, printers, monitors
  • Network basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication.
