Role: Project Coordinator

Location: San Bruno, CA , 100% onsite

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have an experience of leading a large complex, at scale, transformative data and analytics program in technology services domain (the program involves managing client and internal team)
• Understand the landscape of descriptive, and prescriptive analytics with a concentrated experience in managing and delivering insights from data
• Understand RDBMS and database paradigms (cloud, on-prem), cloud solutions, data management lifecycle
• Understanding of processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
• Knowledge of Google data product stack would be very good to have
• Should be responsible (and have had a demonstrated capability) for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation of every project
• Top of the line senior stakeholder/relationship management – both in terms of written and spoken modes of communication and thought leadership
• Top of the line writing and presentation skills using standard industry techniques.
• Ensure the completion of all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and to the right level of expectations and specifications
• Define analytics roadmap for clients identify priorities areas of analytics driven value creation opportunity
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Keep up with latest developments in analytics, data technology to explore recommend solutions for clients – especially within Google data and AI/Analytics product portfolio
• Understanding of key Agile principles, values and practices will be an advantage. Familiarity with Atlassian stack of technologies (JIRA, Confluence, Trello etc.) would be good to have.
• Should have experience connecting with C level executive and managing relationships at the highest level of integrity with clarity in communication
• Managing disparate data teams – especially business analysts, web developers for multiple stakeholders
• Passion for designing and analyzing information – specifically, converting process artifacts into data driven insights

Experience & Qualification:

Master’s/Ph.D., MBA, or a related or equivalent Business Degree in statistics, or computer science or a similar background
