An agricultural client of Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating schedules for the PMs
- Maintaining the relationship between the contractors and Client
- Coordinate with contractors to maintain a complete set of a built project drawings
- Ability to maintain and complete sets of drawings, specifications, vendor drawings, working drawings issued by the project team to the contractors
- Responsible for SOW, budgeting, and estimating
- Knowledge of the design intent, process flows and process equipment functions pertaining to scope of work
- Approve and track expenditures, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any defects or issues
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Manager roles
- Experience supporting large scale commercial/industrial construction projects
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Willing and able to travel 25% nationwide (predominately in the Midwest)
