  • Coordinate loads to be picked up and delivered utilizing customer service skills via phone or email along with using the customers' scheduling system(s)
  • Set appointments for pickup and delivery on each transaction (load) as required
  • Work with team and Backhaul Direct staff to come up with innovative ways to grow and improve accounts

Full Job Description

Are you interested in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting managed customer accounts in the logistics and supply chain industry? As the Customer Operations Representative, you will create shipment orders and set appointments for all loads associated with the assigned account(s). The Customer Operations Representative will work alongside the Account Managers and Customer Sales Representatives in moving freight from one place to another as easily and painless as possible for both our customers and motor carriers.

What will you do as a Customer Operations Representative?

  • Accurately accept load tenders and build shipments into Backhaul Direct's proprietary software, Grapevine TMS
