Job Summary

In this role, you'll plan and manage several projects, of varying complexity, priority and risk in support of our Human Resources teams. Project Managers facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational team members in a matrixed-managed environment. They are responsible for project communications, project schedule and financial management, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities. Project Managers apply their business and technical knowledge to initiate corrective actions, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Skills and Background You'll Need

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Desired professional licensure or certification: PMP, PMI
• Project strategy development and execution.
• Project team engagement and leadership.
• Collaboration with business stakeholders across multiple departments.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

• Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:
$72,750.00 - $106,500.00
