We're now on the search for an ambitious Account Director to join our New York team, who is passionate about working with innovative challenger brands across both business and consumer!
The role you'll play

As an Account Director - New York you'll provide high quality strategic comms counsel, develop audience-first strategies and lead teams of ambitious go-getters to execute campaigns and secure results. You'll also get stuck into agency projects, help grow the business and expand our services, all while acting as an agency ambassador.

To be successful in this role you'll need
  • 7+ years of experience (ideally in a PR agency), whether in B2B or consumer work
  • Excited to work across a little bit of everything, whether its start ups or established brands, consumer or B2B, tech or lifestyle
  • Have proven team leadership, people management, and mentor skills
  • Experience in managing accounts and client needs on a day-to-day basis
  • Be capable of driving strategy, critical thinking, and creativity for a number of campaigns/accounts, ensuring satisfaction across your client portfolio
  • Build, nurture, and grow relationships with top tier media, stakeholders, and industry bodies
  • Have experience or a desire to work on new business, from proposal development to pitching clients
  • Be able to develop scopes of work and budgets, manage service levels with meeting deliverables, while keeping teams engaged and motivated
