Your Role:

Are you ready to be a beacon of light in someone's life? As a Caregiver, you’ll blend personal care with heartfelt companionship, creating a warm, engaging environment for our cherished clients. From assisting with daily activities to sharing stories and laughs, your role is as rewarding as it is impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Offer joyful companionship through conversations, activities, and emotional support.
• Follow personalized care plans to ensure each client’s needs are met with kindness and professionalism.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a comfortable living space.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our support team.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear background check and drug screening.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive, patient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans.
