Hourly Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Job Summary:

Angels on Call Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCA) . As a PCA, you will have the fulfilling role of providing daily assistance and support to our clients to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:

- Provide daily personal care assistance to clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and monitoring
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and meal preparation
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
- Follow care plans and document all care provided accurately
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a PCA or in a similar role preferred
- Certification as a personal care aide (PCA)
- Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
