Retail Associate

This position will help drive VTS profitability by managing all customer interactions as a reflection of the mission of Vapor Ministries.

This position is responsible for maintaining a pleasant demeanor, greeting all customers, operating the cash register, stocking the store, and general housekeeping.

Time Requirements:
This position will require between 12-40 hours per week

Travel Requirements:
Zero to minimal local travel is expected for this position

Position duties:

1) Excellent Customer Experience
a) Greet each customer that you encounter with a pleasant demeanor
b) Quickly and efficiently assist customers with checkout processes
c) Operate the VTS cash register/POS system with effectiveness and efficiency

d) Effectively share the Vapor mission with customers who inquire
e) Maintain composure with customers at all times

2) Housekeeping
a) Ensure a properly organized workspace during operating hours
b) Maintain a clean workspace at the closing of the store each night
c) Secure completion of the opening/closing checklists

3) Other
a) Follow all in-store policies at all times
b) Stock shelves and racks as needed when not assisting customers
c) Other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader, LOD, or Store Manager
