Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) within 90 days of hire.
- Current Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure.
- Minimum 3 years experience in acute care nursing, case management or related field.
Preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in case management within an acute care or critical access hospital.
