Franchise Hotel - Airport Shuttle Driver

**About Us**

Our hotel has a contract with a regional airline that brings planes in to Greg County Airport in Lakeport twice daily. Shuttle driver uses hotel van to take crew from hotel to airport around 1-2 PM and then picks up the incoming crew at airport and brings back to hotel. Second shuttle run is to pickup van from hotel and pickup incoming crew from airport at 11:30PM-12:30AM and drive them back to hotel. Pay is negotiable and this job requires someone reliable and with a fair amount of patience for the airline industry!

**Your day to day**

**We like to lead from the front. So, we're looking for a Duty Manager who sets their own high standards across everything from cleanliness to productivity. You'll champion our 'one team' approach to make sure you and your team deal effectively and efficiently with all guest complaints, queries and suggestions**

**Every day is different at IHG, but you'll mostly be:**

**- Leading the way - managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations**

**- Prioritising workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic, memorable experiences**

**- Developing your team's skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance**

**- Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns**

**- Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations**

**What we need from you**

+ **Availability to work late nights and weekends**

+ **good manners and must be punctual and reliable**

+ **Valid Texas drivers license and good driving record**
