- Collaborate with Field Operations to support ongoing Descartes routing software training and best practices.
- Assist local DC Management with route plan performance and provide expertise and guidance within assigned distribution centers.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to Sales, General Managers, Regional Supply Chain Directors, VP – Ops, and Supply Chain leadership.
- Assess and analyze operational statistics and financial results regarding route service costs and make recommendations for operational cost savings.
- Create and implement SOPs and audits as part of ATD Operations Model strategy.
- Facilitate value stream mapping to identify key opportunities to eliminate waste and improve performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives through ongoing monitoring and communication with Field Operations and Supply Chain Teams.
- Provide project support on various initiatives, analysis, and supply chain network projects as assigned.

Position Description:
The Logistics Routing Analyst reports to the Manager, Logistics – Last Mile Delivery within the Transportation team. The Logistics Routing Analyst works directly with Sales, Field Operations, and Supply Chain Management leaders to support Last Mile Delivery (LMD) routing initiatives by developing daily route solutions within the Descartes routing software.• Collaborate with Field Operations to support ongoing Descartes routing software training and best practices. 20%
• Assist local DC Management with route plan performance and provide expertise and guidance within assigned distribution centers 15%
