  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate discretion when representing or acting as a liaison for the supervisor.
  • Obtain information, files and additional documentation needed to prepare for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage and record supplies and equipment for program and/or department.
  • Prepare purchase orders to vendors and staff, and assist with coding and processing invoices.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school education
  • Four (4) years of directly related experience
  • Working knowledge of office methods, practices and operation of standard office equipment
  • Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Office products and Internet access
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Childcare physical required for all positions working in schools and all youth residential facilities

Preferred

  • Two (2) years of business college

Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

The Easterseals NH Children's Therapeutic Services (CTS) Program is beginning its search for an Administrative Assistant to provide program and administrative support in our Manchester Offices. Our CTS Program utilizes each child's natural curiosity to create the experiences that enhance growth and development in partnership with their families and caregivers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Communication with families including scheduling appointments, reminder calls, provider coordination.
  • Maintaining records including electronic medical records system.
  • General office support including answering phones, faxes, creating and updating spreadsheets, word processing, uploading documentation in electronic records management system.
  • Manage office petty cash, reimbursements, co-payments and insurance.
  • Prepare, file and maintain confidential documents related to budget, operational and personnel issues in an orderly fashion, accessible to authorized staff.
  • Coordinate internal and external correspondence and meetings with Board members, payers, other professionals and staff at all levels.
  • Assist supervisor in completing responsibilities related to participation in outside organizations, funders, grants, etc. as pertains to the program.
  • Distribute information and/or documentation that may be confidential in nature to appropriate staff within the agency or outside contacts as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate discretion when representing or acting as a liaison for the supervisor with visitors and/or telephone contacts.
  • Obtain information, files and additional documentation needed to prepare for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage and record supplies and equipment for program and/or department.
  • Prepare purchase orders to vendors and staff, and assist with coding and processing invoices.

Qualifications:
  • High school education, two (2) years of business college preferred

Hours: Mon - Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
