Full Job Description

Title: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: Union, NJ.

Pay: $35 - $50 an hour.

High performers have made anywhere from $80,000 to $150,000 in total compensation.

This role will be focused on Residential Service, playing a critical role in responding to service and repair calls. This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:

Diagnose and resolve issues, while building strong relationships with our customers.

Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.

Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.
