  • Support epic grooming, enhancement prioritization, backlog management, design, and UAT with solution architects.
  • Identify areas of workflow automation through business processes for revenue generating opportunities.
  • Create functional process maps inclusive of key roles, artifacts, dependencies, and integration across enterprise.
  • Communicate process of program, critical impacts, and other key information to client partners up to executive leadership.
  • Identify trends in process data to optimize workflows and create efficiencies across organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • In-depth experience with technical processes and working within marketing resource management toolsets.
  • Expertise in marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience in driving change and optimizing workflows.
  • Grounded in marketing resource management implementation strategy and continuous improvement and process optimization.

Preferred

  • Adobe Workfront intermediate to advanced skills; admin experience preferred.
  • Advanced campaign analytics and performance measurement experience.
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement skills.

Marketing Support Manager

Job Summary: This role will directly support the new ways of working enablement through business ownership of the Adobe Workfront tool.
Responsibilities:
  • Typically assigned projects within the agile program increment schedule, working alongside solution architects and the MarTech organization to solution for organizational and functional business needs
  • Requires in-depth experience with technical processes and working within marketing resource management toolsets
  • Considered an expert within the discipline
  • The ideal candidate would be considered a subject matter expert in marketing fundamentals and have experience in driving change
  • They should be grounded in marketing resource management implementation strategy and continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Onboarding, engagement, and adoption of internal marketers and external agency partners of the Adobe Workfront workflow tool
  • Discovery with client partners up to executive leadership to gather problem statements and functional requirements, as well as business case review to identify value to organization
  • Working within the Agile program increment schedule for epic grooming, enhancement prioritization, backlog management, design, and UAT support with solution architects
  • Identify areas of workflow automation through business processes for revenue generating opportunities
