  • Involve in long distance or hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records and logs for various programs.
  • Communicate daily with both management and hourly employees at the Plant and Corporate Levels.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s/Associates degree, applicable training certification, or related work experience.
  • Willingness to travel about 80%, including some international travel.
  • Ability to program and understand sorting machine programs and PLC code.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Rockwell Controls Software and AutoCAD desirable.
  • Open to working flexible hours to meet production goals.
  • Hands-on proficiency in mechanical conveying systems, low pressure (<150 psig) pneumatics, PLC and electronics controls, low voltage (<480 V) electrical, and HMI interface systems.
  • Basic understanding in the principles of eddy current and electro-magnetic induction sensor/sorting technologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and systems assessment skills.
  • Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to readily identify system deficiencies.
