Overview:

A Lead’s primary purpose is to organize and guide the team in completing tasks in a timely and effective manner with quality. The Lead will also act as a contact for supervisors and managers to convey work requests to the team and will provide back to supervisors and managers feedback regarding team members’ performance.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience directly related to the team.
  • Experience in organizing and guiding teams preferred.
