Renu Therapy is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to scale up product assembly/manufacturing production.   • Developing and executing Quality Assurance processes to ensure consistent standards of product quality.
  • Proactive and regular communication with the executive team to align manufacturing/production goals and expectations.
  • Managing technical support team to ensure timely handling of warranty and technical customer service issues.
  • Drafting and maintaining SOPs for production management positions and all shop tech positions.
  • Training and communicating with other build vendors.
  • Possibly spending 1-2 weeks in locations out of state to train build vendors as needed.
  • Leading and developing shop safety programs in cooperation with ADP Total Source.
  • Attending product development meetings and assisting with new product development, improvement of existing products, and any necessary testing.

  • Must have a driver's license with a good driving record.

Preferred

  • Previous experience with Netsuite or equivalent ERP system.
  • Previous experience with Asana, Monday, Jira, or equivalent project management platforms.

Renu Therapy is a direct-to-consumer brand that manufactures/sells state-of-the-art cold water plunge tanks. This market has recently exploded in popularity due to podcast/social media exposure and general societal shifts towards proactive health habits. We are looking for talented, motivated individuals who are not only technically qualified but also a cultural/energetic fit for our mission/company culture.


We are a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company. Innovation is in our identity. We are not just looking for someone to join us, we’re looking for someone to grow with us. We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to help us scale up our product assembly/manufacturing production. You will be first and foremost a problem-solver and leader of our assembly team, reporting directly to our executive team.


This position will be On-Site in our production facility in Costa Mesa, CA and the working hours will be 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

  • Having a strong basic sense of mechanics, manufacturing, & assembly. Must be handy.
  • Previous experience with basic manufacturing/assembly tools.

  • Solid skills with Microsoft Office (or Google Docs) & Spreadsheets.
  • Must have a driver's license with a good driving record.

Work Environment Notes

  • Work is performed primarily in a production and warehouse environment and is subject to variations in temperature, equipment noise and dust. The noise level in the work environment can be quite high
  • Exposure to chemical odors: Will be working with solvents, paints, adhesives, etc.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
