  • Prepare local wage taxes.
  • Prepare information and documents for tax accountant.
  • Office management including maintenance, mailing, supplies, vehicles and equipment, bills, errands, office supplies.
  • Answer phones, copy, scan, and file documents.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience in a construction office or similar setting, 2+ years preferred.
  • QuickBooks accounting software experience, accounting education a plus.
  • AIA billing experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to coordinate workflow with owner and coworkers in office and in the field.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work both independently and cooperatively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, printers. IT experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with fast, accurate computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Office Manager Job Summary:
