Commissary Warehouse Manager Remote, PGA Championship

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is searching for a Commisary Manager to join our team supporting the PGA of America Championships and Ryder Cup. As a Commissary Manager you will partner with the concessions and warehouse team to effectively oversee their operations during the championship. **Pay**

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55300 - $74600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. **Responsibilities**

+ Train and develop commissary associates in-line with company policies and procedures

+ Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary associates

+ Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices

+ Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports

+ Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation

**Qualifications**

+ Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment

+ No college degree required.

+ Previous experience with inventory distribution

+ Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures

+ Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail

+ Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
