  • Coordinate and organize the execution of external audits and internal and supplier audits as well as vendor’s qualifications under UL.
  • Maintain a strong link with commercial and operating teams relative to customer needs and technical service.
  • Represent the Conduit division in several electrical industry committees such as STI, NEMA and NFPA/NEC.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering or like field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing/leading others
  • 4+ years working in a Quality department

Preferred

  • 4-Year Technical degree in Engineering
  • Prior experience in ISO 9001
  • Prior experience in UL Certification
  • Computer skills in software packages: Microsoft SharePoint and D365

Basic Job Functions:

NTP is seeking a strong leader for the position of Quality Supervisor for Louisville & Cedar Springs. The Quality Supervisor will lead the Quality team efforts to Take Care of our Customers through Operational and Commercial Excellence. This position will be based in Louisville with 25%-30% traveling to Cedar Springs, depending on business needs.

  • The Quality Supervisor will report directly to the Environmental Manager (EHSQ Manager) as an integral member of the leadership team and will be responsible in leading the efforts to continually improve our safety, quality, cost, reliability, productivity, profitability, and team member development of our department and division.
  • The selected candidate will coordinate the implementation of product or customer specifications, quality norms and procedures. If necessary, will develop necessary procedures, instructions and specifications to ensure quality system conformity with ISO 9001 and UL requirements.
  • The Quality Supervisor will coordinate and organize the execution of external audits and our internal and supplier audits as well as vendor’s qualifications under UL and will maintain a strong link with our commercial and operating teams relative to customer needs and technical service.
  • The elected candidate will represent the Conduit division in several electrical industry committees such as STI, NEMA and NFPA/NEC.

Minimum Qualifications:
