  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
  • Developing team members and implementing training programs.
  • Conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Capability of managing budget.

Qualifications

Required

  • Manager and Supervisor recommendations.
  • Experience with project management, maintenance management systems, the maintenance of industrial equipment and support equipment/systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Supervisory experience in an industrial-high pace environment.
  • Prior major equipment/machine installation experience.
  • Computer skills in software packages: Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering.
  • Previous mechanical or electrical maintenance leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skill with AutoCAD.
