  • Effectively able to train and lead all team members

Position Responsibilities:
  • Culture Creator: work directly with the Assistant Managers to build a culture of excellence where the team is happy to be there and knows what they are doing
  • Must Love Team Building: Work to continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members. Hands on involvement with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, and evaluating performance
  • Eager Learner: constantly seeking to improve personal and team skills
  • Focused on product quality and Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
  • Cost Controller: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminating waste/pilferage
  • This is a full-time position and requires 50 hours worked per week and may require more hours during peak seasons
