Responsibilities
- Operate state-of-the-art equipment for 12-14 days out with 2 days home.
- Ensure 100% no-touch freight delivery.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and preventable accidents.
- Maintain a clean MVR and meet FMCSA requirements.
- Participate in 3-day orientation classes.
- Utilize equipment features such as APU's with inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, satellite radio, and CB hookups.
- Use Scales paid and Tolls paid services.
- Tarp securement pay, breakdown, detention, and layover pay are available.
- Utilize Geotab/Transflo tablets for dispatch and paperwork management.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 months verifiable CDL A experience
- Clean MVR
- Must meet FMCSA requirements
- Availability for dispatch 5 days a week
- No load refusals
- On-time delivery; No driver service failures
- No CSA violations
- No preventable accidents
Preferred
- Military service
- 2 years verified service for a 0.01 CPM increase
- 2+ years verified service for a 0.02 CPM increase
- Performance bonuses up to 0.05 CPM monthly
