Restore Hyper Wellness L5 Be Well is seeking a highly dependable Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The role involves performing a variety of esthetic services, educating clients, and maintaining client records. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and wellness, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Performs thorough consultations with potential clients
- Administers a variety of esthetic services, including Hydrafacial, Cryoskin, and oxygen facials
- Builds and maintains client base
- Follows prospecting protocols
- Maintains accurate client records with daily reconciliation
- Schedules, confirms, and updates appointments as needed
- Ensures all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are clean, maintained, and stocked appropriately
- Recommends esthetic services to existing and new clients based on individual needs
- Educates clients on other Restore modalities and products that may enhance esthetic services
- Assists with daily store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, recommending services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning
- Restocks inventories for all esthetic services and retail products
- Participates in regular 1:1 meetings with their Lead Esthetician
- Assists in executing esthetics marketing events, both on and off site
Qualifications
Required
- Must possess a current Esthetician license issued by the state in which you are applying
- Esthetician experience required (2-3 years minimum)
- Experience in Hydrafacial and Cryoskin equipment preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer
- Must be available some evenings and weekends
- Must hold an Advanced Practice License (MN only)
