Maintenance Technician

Our client, a modular home manufacturer is seeking temporary to permanent employees to join their team in their Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, have attention to detail, and be dependable, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Leola, PA
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour + depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the building.
• Outdoor maintenance and cleaning including lawn maintenance, trimming and snow removal.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Maintaining a clean lunchroom.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Ability to work independently.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Other duties as needed.

• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well without supervision.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.

• Temp to Perm
• Competitive pay rate
• One year contract with possibility to lead to a permanent position
• Weekly pay
