The Team Leader Perioperative at LifeBridge Health is a key member of the patient care team, demonstrating proficiency in clinically sound evidence-based practice. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in clinically sound evidence-based practice.
- Serve as a resource, preceptor, and role model for other team members.

- Advise, mentor, and evaluate other patient care team members.
Qualifications
Required
- ACLS certification for Preop/PACU
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- CAPA/CPAN certification required within 12 months for Preop/PACU
- CNOR certification required within 12 months of hire or PALS certification preferred for OR and Preop/PACU
