Qualifications

Required

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • DoD background experience
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years IT support experience with LMS systems
  • 1-3 years of experience in transitioning and integrating IT systems
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level I DoD 8570 certification

Preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience with Moodle, SEAWARE, Cornerstone, or other LMS platforms
  • Experience supporting OPNAV N1, NETC, PMW 240, or other DoD entities as a business analyst or LMS specialist
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Business Analyst to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will have experience with integration and sustainment of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, SEAWARE, Blackboard or Cornerstone, and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms that support LMS requirements.

Job Responsibilities

As the Learning Management System (LMS) Business Analyst you will:

  • Analyze Impact: Understand company policies, processes, and departmental inputs that affect the LMS to improve system efficiency.
  • Reporting: Generate basic reports for training initiatives and project analyses.
  • System Configuration: Understand and manage basic LMS configuration.
  • Testing: Conduct LMS testing and review results to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity within the LMS, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of training activities and performance evaluations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a liaison for collaborators, providing timely assistance and resolving LMS-related inquiries.
  • Communication: Translate technical information into clear, concise communication for users at all levels.
  • HR Data Analysis: Assist in evaluating and analyzing complex HR data capabilities and requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.

Required Experience:

  • Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required.
  • Background: DoD background experience required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years IT support experience with LMS systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in transitioning and integrating IT systems.
  • Superb communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience in supporting senior management stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level I DoD 8570 certification required.
  • This role is remote with up to 10% travel.






Additional Qualifications

  • LMS Experience: 1-3 years of experience with Moodle, SEAWARE, Cornerstone, Blackboard or other LMS platforms.
  • DoD Experience: Experience supporting OPNAV N1, NETC, PMW 240, or other DoD entities as a business analyst or LMS specialist.
