Qualifications

Required

  • Active California professional license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
  • Able to commit to a schedule of Mon-Fri: 10:00am-7:00pm PST or a combination of shorter weekday hours + Saturday.
  • Willing to treat a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Willing to work with ages 10-64+.
  • Experience providing services in an outpatient setting.
  • Able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Timely, diligent, detail-oriented, and can work well in a team.
  • Valid NPI number.
  • Able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels (Tricare East/West, Optum CA, Anthem CA, Medi-Cal).

Preferred

  • EMDR trained.
  • Proficient with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Willing to work with Couples and Families.
  • Experience treating the military population.

About the Role

Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW providers to provide remote/telehealth care throughout California.

We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout.

We're Seeking Professionals Who:

  • Have an active California professional license LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
  • Are able to commit to the following Schedule/Client Hours:
    • Mon-Fri: 10:00am-7:00pm PST or a combination of shorter weekday hours + Saturday (to be discussed during interview)
  • Willing to treat : trauma, past substance use, bipolar disorders, and other mood disorders
  • Willing to work with ages 10-64+
  • Preferred: EMDR trained, proficient with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), willing to work with Couples and Families
  • Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care
  • Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting
  • Are able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team
  • Have experience and/or interest in treating the military population
  • Valid NPI number
  • Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels in particular:
    • Tricare East/West, Optum CA, Anthem CA, Medi-Cal
