As a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric ICU at Mercy St. Louis, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the guidance of an assigned RN. - Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- Peds/PICU Experience
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Overview:
As guided by an assigned RN, utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Experience: Peds/PICU Experience
