In this role, you will be supporting our innovative agile environment and leading end-to-end project execution of Contact Center tools transformation.As a Senior Scrum Master, you will enable and accelerate quality outcomes by assertively and proactively raising issues to influence change. Additionally, you will provide reporting on agile metrics for the product to senior leadership, raising risks and concerns in delivery across the product suite.
