Responsibilities

  • Drive accountability and process improvement with the Technology Hiring Ramp, WFP Principles and Hiring practices
  • Manage the technology budget management process
  • Coordinate all operating cadences for OCTO
  • Coordinate with partners external to Technology such as HR, Finance, and Talent Management
  • Coordinate executive presentations
  • Coordinate Technology OKR and KPI reporting
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Technology and Business teams to drive results

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience within an operational, planning or project management role
  • Strong financial background (budgeting, forecasting, planning)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and confident in putting robust processes in place
  • Comfortable driving cross-functional alignment amongst all leadership levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations
  • Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time
  • Ability to manage a high volume of fast-paced and quickly changing details and requests from dozens of Leaders

Preferred

  • Experience with workforce planning and management
