  • Maintain current knowledge in their professional area including pertinent Federal Law and State Special Education regulations
  • Assist in and cooperate with necessary admission and enrollment activities and procedures
  • Collaborate with state and community agencies such as BRS, Ability Beyond, etc.

Qualifications

Required

  • Special education degree and experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field required (Master's preferred)
  • Connecticut Teaching certificate or eligibility to obtain a teaching certificate
  • 3 years of experience within the field of education preferred

**Pay:**

+ $53053 - $60480.42 annually for Special Education Certified (SPED) Teachers

+ $3000 sign on bonus(1/2 paid in your first paycheck and the other 1/2 after 90 days of hire)
