SpecialtyRx is seeking a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, answer phones, respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries, handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries, and triage incoming faxes. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pharmacy

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Great telephone etiquette
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • LTC pharmacy experience
  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge
