DonorAtlas is seeking a Software Engineer to join their small, technical team in New York City. Qualifications
Required

- Ability to work in a real-world environment during the two-day paid trial.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering and owning software projects.
- Able to fearlessly tackle problems in domains with no prior experience.
- Thinks outside of the context of what has been.
- Willingness to think laterally and contribute to business discussions.

Compensation:
$110-150K salary, 0.5-2% equity

What You Will Do:
- Own Product: Take full ownership of one or more key product modules from concept to launch.
- Collaborate and Lead: Collaborate closely with our small, technical team, and grow into a role where you will lead future hires & junior engineers
- Work In Person: Work daily from our NYC office (330 7th Ave, in Chelsea)

Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States

Our Hiring Process:
- Screening Call: A 30-minute call with our CEO to assess cultural fit and initial interest
- Interview: One hour where you'll present a past project you’ve built and complete a coding task
- Two-Day Paid Trial: Spend two days working in our NYC office, getting to know the team and showing us what you can do in a real-world environment
