A top-tier Architectural/Engineering firm is seeking a Facility Master Planner with a strong background in community master planning, including military master planning.   • Bachelor’s degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years experience working on planning/design projects
  • AICP Certification, Register Architect or Register Landscape Architect
  • Knows Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred

  • Master's degree
  • Military experience

Military master planning and experience is a major plus!

Ideal candidate will have DoD federal agency and military master planning project experience both within the US and Overseas. Remote with some travel may be a possibility.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years experience working on planning/design projects. Military experience preferred.
  • A leader and teammate who can work with multiple offices, subcontractors, and client representatives to get things done
  • A people person who can speak and write well and is skilled working with large project teams
  • Can tackle big projects and get them done on time
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgement, and a critical eye for detail, completeness, and competency
  • AICP Certification, Register Architect or Register Landscape Architect is important
  • Knows Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
