The Fourth Floor is a 15 bed medical oncology unit.

Statement of Purpose: Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing patient care under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma and/ or equivalent. Certification: Current CPR skills Experience:

Must have at least one of the following:

+ One-year nursing assistant experience

+ Completion of an Nursing Assistant training program

+ Current Nurse Aide certification (CNA)

+ MRMC Nursing Assistant training participant

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
