  • Experience in Assisted Living facility preferred.
  • Type 60+ WPM with accuracy.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Working knowledge of copy machine, fax machine, and laser printer.
  • Excellent command of English language in both written and oral forms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills.

The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general clerical duties. Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism.
