In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development & execution of the Product Information Management (PIM) digitization roadmap. Collaboration with business process owners, cross-functional customers, and technical resources will be key to delivering innovative solutions that enhance our operations. Strong technical expertise, outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate between technical and business resources are crucial for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Build current state and future state maps to advise development and related business requirements.Develop application based on user requirements or guide other technical team members in the development process.Use the QuickBase platform and other digital tools like PowerBI, Power Automate, Tableau, and alternative reporting software to address data-related inquiries.Drive the development and deployment of digital tools and workflows to optimize business processes.Regularly interact with senior leaders to comprehend their requirements and offer strategic suggestions regarding the utilization of digital solutions.Identify and recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct analysis to measure the effectiveness and impact of implemented digital solutions and identify areas for further enhancement.Stay updated on emerging technologies & industry trendsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area - engineering, supply chain, business, computer science, information systems, or similar.Experience and Skills:Required:A minimum 8 years of relevant business experience Proficient in workflow digitization & a passion for process improvement.Phenomenal analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic perspective on using technology to enhance business value.Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and establish rapport with executive leaders, technical resources, and business process owners.Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced and uncertain work environment.Equitable leadership approach, promoting collaboration, and crafting a positive team culture.Strength in project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results within timelines.Preferred:Shown experience as a digital product owner within the product information management domain.Deep expertise in the QuickBase platform and proficiency in using other digital platforms like PowerBI, Power Automate, and Tableau.Experience with systems integrationsPrior People Leadership Experience Sophisticated training in operational excellence tools (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)Other:Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, internationally and domesticThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s geographic location.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
