Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area (engineering, supply chain, business, computer science, information systems, or similar).
  • A minimum 8 years of relevant business experience
  • Proficient in workflow digitization & a passion for process improvement.
  • Phenomenal analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic perspective on using technology to enhance business value.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and establish rapport with executive leaders, technical resources, and business process owners.
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced and uncertain work environment.
  • Equitable leadership approach, promoting collaboration, and crafting a positive team culture.
  • Strength in project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results within timelines.

Preferred

  • Experience as a digital product owner within the product information management domain.
  • Deep expertise in the QuickBase platform and proficiency in using other digital platforms like PowerBI, Power Automate, and Tableau.
  • Experience with systems integrations

The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s geographic location.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
