  • Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments
  • Replace clutches & transmissions

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
  • Experience or formal training diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors
  • A valid CDL, or the ability to acquire a CDL with the assistance of our trainer
  • Hand tools
  • Ability to work: Tuesday through Saturday flexible start time 2:00pm-4:00pm until 10:30pm-12:30am end time

Preferred

Diesel Mechanic Technician Duties:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles
  • Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty procedures
  • Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments
  • Replace clutches & transmissions

Requirements

You Have:

  • Prior experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
  • Experience or formal training diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors
  • A valid CDL, or the ability to acquire a CDL with the assistance of our trainer
  • Hand tools
  • Ability to work: 3rd Shift Sun-Thurs (10:00 pm-6:30 am)
  • Experience working on Refrigeration Units is desired, but not required
