**SUMMARY**

**Qualifications**

**REQUIRED EDUCATION**

+ High School Diploma / GED Equivalent

+ Bachelor's degree in social work or human services field. _preferred_

+ Minimum two years in a behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment program.
