- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role
- 2 years of post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting
Preferred
- 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting

The Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.
The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.
**Licensed Professional Counselor**
