Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with computers and typical office software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work holidays and extended hours as required by the Department.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide first point of contact for our providers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries related to behavioral and physical health services. This position is a **6+ month contract** and **remote** . **Must be local to North Carolina.**

**What You'll Do**
