Qualifications
Required
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong knowledge of color theory and haircutting techniques
- Experience with hair extensions and keratin treatments is a plus
- Ability to upsell salon services and products effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Willingness to mentor junior stylists and contribute to a positive salon environment

We are located in the up and coming Dublin Plaza Shopping Center. We are seeking an experienced, Licensed Hair Stylist and Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team! The ideal candidates should be passionate about hair and/or esthetics and the beauty industry and be willing to and open to promoting themselves and continuing their education. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair/ spa services to clients, staying up-to-date on the latest trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling, treatments. We also have waxing and tinting services available to our clients.
- Recommend and sell professional hair care/ skincare products
- Demonstrate proficiency in color theory and haircutting techniques

- Mentor apprentice/ junior stylists and assist in their professional development
