  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer savvy

RemX has REMOTE Medicare Customer Service Representative positions open with a great company.

100% remote and DIRECT HIRE!!!!

MUST possess an active Health Insurance license

Shifts- seeking candidates who are flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6:00 am and 2:00 am Monday-Sunday (guaranteed 40 hour work week)

Pay: $21/hr , $24/hr if you are bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities of the Medicare Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to inbound calls
  • Assist callers with understanding their Medicare coverage, educating callers on the coverages available to them and assist them with selecting the right products to meet their personal health needs.
