Staple & Fancy is simple, Italian-inspired food and offers an innovative multi-course feast of seasonal dishes crafted by our chef. Our Line Cooks are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Caring about the details, expanding ingredient and menu knowledge, and fostering a positive learning mindset are key aspects of the Line Cook position.
