Qualifications

Required

  • Must hold a valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
