  • Experience in negotiation to resolve business conflicts
  • Direct experience working with outside parties and relationship management
  • Experience working with franchisees

Job Location

This role will be based out of any of these states: MA, CT, VT, NH, RI, ME.


Job Purpose

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree, business/marketing/communications relevant degree preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with PC based tools and applications

Minimum Experience:

  • 2-5 years' experience in sales-related environment, preferably automotive with marketing and project management experience

Other Job-Specific Skills:

  • Documented change management experience
  • Experience in negotiation to resolve business conflicts
  • Direct experience working with outside parties and relationship management
  • Experience working with franchisees


Working Conditions

  • 30-40% travel, including overnights, occasional requirements including weekends, evenings & holidays
  • PC, data analysis skills essential
