If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.You Will: Create and own product roadmap of migration and future of content management system of lucidmotors.comDefine, prioritize, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements for both internal users and visitors to the websiteManage integrations to other systems/tools with CMS as neededContinually monitor and analyze the website for performance, conduct audits, and implement necessary improvementsGather user feedback to identify product improvements and new feature opportunitiesManage and communicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignmentGovern user account creation and permissions, and workflows across the organization ensuring the right access for creators, publishers, etc.Author documentation as needed such as training materials and proceduresYou Bring: 3-5+ years of experience in product management with background in content management systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Solid technical understanding of CMS functionalities and capabilities, with the ability to guide nontechnical teams through implementation and updatesUnderstanding of web development technologies such as JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, RESTful API integration, and GraphQLExperience working with global and localized websitesProven track record of managing CMS projects from ideation to deliveryDeep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and conciselyKnowledge in all aspects of website technology, such as: site performance, SEO optimization, accessibility, etc. Interest and motivation to explore and investigate new concepts and technologiesExperience with Contentful content management system, preferred. Experience with continuous integration tools, like GIT, JIRA, or Gitlab, preferred. Knowledge of agile development methodologies, preferred. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
