As a Content Management Systems Product Owner at Lucid Motors, you will lead the product roadmap for the content management system of lucidmotors.com, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.   • Manage integrations to other systems/tools with CMS as needed
  • Continually monitor and analyze the website for performance, conduct audits, and implement necessary improvements
  • Gather user feedback to identify product improvements and new feature opportunities
  • Manage and communicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Govern user account creation and permissions, and workflows across the organization ensuring the right access for creators, publishers, etc.
  • Author documentation as needed such as training materials and procedures

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management with background in content management systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid technical understanding of CMS functionalities and capabilities
  • Understanding of web development technologies such as JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, RESTful API integration, and GraphQL
  • Experience working with global and localized websites
  • Proven track record of managing CMS projects from ideation to delivery
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in all aspects of website technology, such as: site performance, SEO optimization, accessibility, etc.
  • Interest and motivation to explore and investigate new concepts and technologies
  • Experience with Contentful content management system, preferred
  • Experience with continuous integration tools, like GIT, JIRA, or Gitlab, preferred
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, preferred
