Tracking Code22027-977Job Location12401 Washington Blvd., Whittier, CaliforniaCategoryNursingThe Clinical Educator is responsible for the development of the plan of education for the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) and the Acute Rehabilitation Center (ARC). The Clinical Educator works with the Clinical Director to orient, educate, and train the TCU and ARC Staff in accordance with standards, regulations, and best practice, using a variety of teaching methods. Assists new and current staff in developing role clarity, professional role confidence, and proficiency. Operates as a change agent in the practice and learning environment and assists with staff and unit development. This role meets the regulatory requirements of the Director of Staff Development/DSD.
